The Description
A comedy about a knight and his brother that has the drive to save his stolen his stolen bride. Part of the film revolves around the jelousy that Thadeous has over his perfect brother who creates the shadow for for Thadeous. The two actors they picked to play the roles of Thadeous and Fabious, Danny McBride as Thadeous and James Franco as Fabious, two of the funniest actors of the decade.
The Plot
Prince Fabious’s bride is kidnapped by the evil wizard of Leezar who is bent on destroying to village. When Fabious learns of his fiances capture he and his brother Thadeous begin their quest to rescue the fair lady. Unlike the trusty squire that follows the heroic knight the brother of Fabious, Thadeous is utterly useless and has no realistic abilities. The two brothers must rescue the bride before the evil wizard destroys their home town.
The Bottom Line
A hilarious movie, no one could ask for a better comedy overall. The combination of James Franco and Danny McBride truly makes a priceless comedy about the middle ages and the typical knight on a quest. The film earns a 8/10 for being ridiculously funny in all aspects.
